Hackett, Henry. F.R.C.O. Organist of St. Mary’s, Bearwood, Birmingham, 1894-99; Kenilworth Parish Church, 1899-1904; at Bideford, 1904-17; of Burton-on-Trent Parish Church, 1917. b. Smethwick, Staffordshire, England, 1872; d. Croydon, 1940.
