Biography of Dr Churchill SibleySibley, Dr John Churchill. M.A., D.D., D.Litt., Hon. Mus.D. (C.C.M., U.S.A.) Organist of Swansea Grammar School, 1875-76; Seaton Parish Church, 1876-78; Amphill Parish Church, 1878-81; Park Church, Chelsea, 1881-91; the Goldsmith’s Institute, London, 1891-95; St. Stephen’s, Hampstead, 1900-02; to the Royal Albert Hall Festival Concerts, 1888-1918; of the Whitchurch (Canons) Church, Edgware, 1914-28. Head of music at the Goldsmith’s Institute, New Cross, 1891-95; conducted the National Sunday League Oratorio Concerts, Queens Hall, 1894-1901; Buxton Gardens, 1899; the Harrogate Municipal Orchestra, 1909.
