Return of goods: Goods can be returned (within a period of 15 working days) provided prior consent is obtained from Bardon Enterprises, postage to be paid for by the customer.

Expected Delivery: Germany 3-5 days; EU 5-10 days; non-EU 5-15 days

Customs Duties: Goods sold to Non-EU countries may be subject to local taxes on importation.

Cookies: Cookies are used to store shopping basket contents and your country.

Personal Data: We do not store a customer database, but do maintain order information etc. in electronic and printed format. Address information may be submitted to the delivery agent, i.e. Deutscher Post or D.H.L. Printed invoices and receipts are processed for tax purposes by our accountant, and may be submitted to the tax authorities.
