Conducted the Three Choirs Festival, Worcester, 1889-97; London Church Orchestral Society, 1910-15. Composed cantatas, anthems, services, part-songs, violin pieces, &c. b. Worcester, England, May 26th, 1864; d. Worthing, July 22nd, 1932.
